Designing a visual identity for Kick Off 2022

Puzzel is a world-leading customer service platform, helping businesses everywhere deliver omnichannel solutions. Every day, more than 1,000 organisations use their software to deliver customer care the ‘Nordic way’.

Cite is the digital partner for Puzzel, being involved as the brand evolved over a number of years. Every year, Puzzel host an annual event called “Kick Off’, bringing together teams from across the UK, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Netherlands, Bulgaria and the Philippines under one roof for a big catch-up. We were appointed to create all of the marketing collateral for this event, and bring their ‘Refresh’ theme to life.

BRIEF

Every year, Puzzel host a Kick Off event, aimed at bringing all of the Puzzelers (ie. employees) together in one place. Being the first meet-up since the pandemic, the theme for 2022 was ‘Refresh’ and it was to be based in Barcelona. Puzzel asked us to create a design direction for Kick Off 2022, supported with marketing collateral.

RESPONSE

‘Refresh’ is all about embracing the new. Whether it’s the new starters, new acquisitions or new products, Puzzel are constantly evolving, and we wanted to share these values in the design of the event.

We responded with a unique and bold identity, inspired by Spanish architecture. Through shape and colour, our design team made a range of awesome suggestions that brought the European adventure to life.

CREATIVE

This visual identity was then rolled out to gift bags, stickers, namecards, roller banners and door signs. Our identity was to be seen across the hotel where the event was being hosted.

RESULTS

A successful event! With the tight deadlines for print, the client was overwhelmingly happy with the outcome. I can’t take credit for the excellent design from the Cite team, but it was a fun and challenging one to lead. Take a look here.
