 FAQs

  • Good question. It depends on the scope of the work/project, but I have a fixed hourly rate which is applied when quoting.

  • Typically, the websites I design and build use simplistic CMS platforms (like SquareSpace), which means the turnaround time is usually always faster than average. This means projects are often weighted towards the initial design and content stages, rather than building. However, I’d always recommend providing a rough budget and timescale in advance regardless - as it gives an indication to what is achievable.

  • Of course! Even if it’s helping brainstorm ideas, or delivering some training - just shout.

  • Usually, after a website has gone live - I’d suggest a marketing retainer (for at least 3 months). This allows you to push the new website and really get your money’s worth.

    Whilst this is the most common scenario, I offer retainers for all services (at any time).

  • To rank on search engines, there are over 200 active factors at play. That’s wild.

    When delivering websites, it is designed and built to be optimised for SEO best practice. I also offer SEO consultancy to businesses, which gives insight and training into how you can rank higher on search engines, like Google.

    However, I do not offer any direct SEO management services at this time.
